Meet the Founder

Marisel Ballard

Marisel Ballard is a Peruvian-American entrepreneur, community leader, business owner, investor, speaker, and Realtor based in Austin, Texas.

After immigrating to the United States from Peru with limited resources, she built multiple successful businesses through hard work, determination, and a commitment to serving others.

Today, Marisel leads several companies, employs dozens of professionals, and dedicates her time to empowering entrepreneurs, supporting women in business, and strengthening the Hispanic community.

Her vision for Celebrando Perú is to create one of Texas' leading multicultural festivals where people from all backgrounds can come together to celebrate culture, family, entrepreneurship, and community.
